Guest Service Agent
If this sounds like you, in addition to being friendly and professional, you will:
- Be available to work rotating roster and weekends
- Be familiar with the Microsoft suite of products
- Previous experience providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in accounting
- Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality
- Hotel Operations experience (preferred)
- Hospitality or related qualification (preferred)
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferable RMS)

Front of House - All Rounder
- We are on the look out for a front of house staff member willing to work between the bar and restaurant, who has excellent customer service skills as we pride ourselves on our service and someone who has a passion for learning.
- An all-rounder superstar who does it all from front of house serving, to back of house and assisting the Function Manager in setting up weekly functions.
Requirements:
- Current RSA
- Immediate start
- Industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Understanding of POS (preferable H&L)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Willing to to work in different areas of the venue

Full Time Chef
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Full Time Chef to join our team at the Swan River Hotel.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Plan menu accommodating various diet requirements of guests and customers.
- Preparing and cooking bistro style meals
- Catering for various functions, events, and tours.
- Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene.
- Coaching and mentoring junior kitchen team members.
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitoring stock to minimise wastage and costs.
The Skills/Work experience requirements for this position are :
- Experience in a busy kitchen environment
- A passion for fresh, seasonal, food and classic pub dishes.
- Reliability, good communication, and a team-first attitude.
- Relevant trade qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar).
Remuneration : $76,515 - $79,000 per annum plus superannuation.
